Some Services require sign-in with a corporate Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account. We may terminate or suspend access for misuse at our discretion.
Interactive demonstrations (including /network/graph, /network/ pulse, and related surfaces) are provided for evaluation and educational purposes. Output from these tools is informational only, may contain errors, and should not be treated as production guidance without independent review. You are responsible for validating any configuration, command, or architecture recommendation before deploying it.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on netcausal.ai are the property of NetCausal or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Google, GitHub, Anthropic, Vercel). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and NetCausal is not responsible for their content or practices.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NetCausal does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NETCAUSAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
